WINDASAEDOS

The proposed software is fully responsive to all decrees that regulate the acquisition field of emissions data and in particular:

  1. Legislative Decree 3 April 2006 , n . 152 – Environmental Regulations .
  2. Legislative Decree of 11 May 2005 , n . 133- in the field of waste incineration .
  3. Executive Decree facility April 27, 2010 – n . 4343 for the Lombardy Region

WindaSAEDOS is the BFinformatica system that integrates with Aedos but it provides all tools compatible with Windas :

  • Client interface
  • Web interface
  • UNI EN14181 tool (QAL2/QAL3)
  • Relational database (MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server)
  • Automatic backup
  • Open source reporting tool

It uses the new platform System7 BFinformatica. It’s the last update of a SME systems changing started in 1990.

aedosThe Aedos software system consists only of open source licenses, BFinformatica will handle the configuration and installation of the operating system and executable of Aedos system in Advantech industrial PC. The Aedos system performs the function of data acquisition, data processing, recording on ASCII files of the basic data ( with rate 5/2 ), average of 10 minutes ( typically for the CO parameter in accordance with Legislative Decree n. 133/2005 ), half-hourly and hourly.

It will be installed and configured the program in the Advantech industrial PC provided with the characteristics required by the system. It will be placed in the analysis cab of the plant.

WindaSAEDOS interfaces with Aedos system. This application captures data from Aedos and has all the functionality of WINDAS03.

Below we list some of the main features of WindaSAEDOS system:

  • Acquisition data from AEDOS system.
  • The acquisition data though OPC.
  • Acquisition data through Modbus Master.
  • Predisposition to capture data from Wago forms , Advantech ADAM4000 forms, ADAM5000 forms and from PLC Simatic S7 through Ethernet and Profibus.
  • Automatic backup features of external support or online PC.
  • Averaging, validation for external logic and criteria on the values, the storage medium with fault and origin information (main or reserve).
  • Automatic and manual recovery from data logger in the field of non- data received or destroyed due to damage or archival restoration.
