The system for the acquisition, processing, transmission, and management of data.

Software package engineered with MS Windows development instruments, with a Client/Server architecture with the following characteristics:

  • Data acquisition with programmable frequency
  • Acquisition of the analog signals of the chemical analyzers and the sensors of the physical parameters
  • The acquisition of the status of the analyzers and of the sensors
  • Acquisition of the diagnostic signals
  • Sending of the signals for the modification of the analyzer status, scale modification
  • Data acquisition by internal I/O Advantech cards installed on bus
  • Automatic data validation
  • Calculation of averages, of the quantity of valid elementary samples, of the minimum/maximum, and of the standard deviation, all of which on a programmable base from one hour to….
  • Management of the calibrations and storage of the results
  • Re-processing of the data consequential to a calibration, with respect to the deviation of the calibration curve (angle coefficient values and intercept)
  • Visualization o the data acquired and processed by the system on graphic pages which are readily readable and which can be customized for the system.
  • Real-time visualization of the all the system inputs, also on programmable strip charts and pseudo-indicators
  • Configuration of all the measures being acquired through guided pages.
  • Data registration with ability to store at least 20 years of data in archive.
  • Visualization and print-out of each parameter of the elementary data, averages per minute, half-hourly averages, hourly averages, daily averages, daily maximums and minimums, monthly averages, weekly averages, alarm history, adn calibration reports.
  • Visualization and print-out of each parameter of the graphs over several observation periods, for an immediate comparison of the measure with the attention thresholds and alarm (settable).
  • Data archiving on MySQL database (or alternatively, SQL Server/Oracle/Sybase)
  • File output in ASCII format and in Excel and Word format for each parameter of instantaneous data, minute averages, half-hour averages, daily averages, daily maximums on any chosen period of time.
  • Communication protocol toward the central WinAmbiNET data collection and processing system WinAmbiNET, conceived with RAS communication means on GSM or GPRS support, the cabin system is a slave with respect to the master (the processing center); RAS communication allows to use the TCP/IP protocol as an interface.
  • Spontaneous call from the cabin station to the Data Collection Center in case of a serious alarm; the serious alarms can be configured in the system.

Through the specific window present in the cabin, the passerby will be able to visulaize the data monitored by the cabin on the monitor connected to the PC of the local concentrator.

From the system administration it will be possible to configure:

– Type of the data to be presented (validated or invalidated)

– Frequency of the update
